The Sanddune Beach House is situated on the world famous Grace Bay Beach within the Princess Alexandria National Park (excellent snorkeling right outside your front door).

The stunning views of all sunrises and sunsets from both the beach level and the balcony level await your arrival!!!

Beach Level – 4 bedrooms (3 queen bed and 2 twins or 1 king), 2 bathrooms with double vanities. The Sanddune Beach Level can sleep up to 8 guests. The beach level has an open concept kitchen, a dining area (table can seat up to 12 guests) and a sitting area. The beach level unit allows couples or families to have sufficient space to enjoy each other and still find alone time indcluding expanded digital cable tv up to 123 channels on your 50" flat screen! Your large covered porch provides you with shade by day and privacy at night to enjoy dining or relaxation using your patio table, chairs and bbq. At night or by day you may cool your unit with the trade winds and hunter ceiling fans. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedrooms for nighttime use no worries… each bedroom has air conditioning units and they are controlled by you!

The Sanddune Balcony level can also sleep up to 8 guests, with expanded digital cable tv up to 123 channels on your 50" flat screen for your enjoyment. The balcony level has an open concept kitchen (with dishwasher), a dining area (table can seat up to 12 guests) and a sitting area. The balcony level allows couples or families to have sufficient space to enjoy each other and still find privacy. You will enjoy breath taking views from every room of the unit and then step outside to your large deck to take in stunning views and sunshine. Your oversized deck offers a covered porch plus a sundeck and invites you to relax or dine using your private patio table, chairs and bbq. Your balcony unit can be cooled by trade wind breezes and hunter ceiling fans by day and/or night. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedrooms for night time use no worries… they are individually controlled by you!

The Beach Level and the Balcony Level both offer high quality furniture, tasteful décor, towels, linens with cleaning service provided. You will find lots of pots, pans, dishware, serving dishes, utensils (cooking, serving and eating), tea and coffee cups, drink glasses, margarita, wine and champagne glasses! Each unit has, fridge/freezer/dishwasher/icemaker, stove, sink, hot and cold water dispenser (free filtered water), microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, expanded digital cable tv up to 123 channels on your 50" flat screen for your enjoyment, dvd, private phone (local calls are free), internet (free).
