The Sunset Beach House is situated on the world famous Grace Bay Beach within the
Princess Alexandria National Park
(excellent snorkeling right outside your front door).

The stunning views of all sunrises and sunsets from both the beach level and the balcony level await your arrival!!!

Beach Level - The Sunset Beach House offers you 3 self contained 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom units. The Sunset Beach Level can sleep up to 2 guests per unit. Your self contained kitchen, eating and sitting area allows the couple or individual to relax and dine inside. Expanded digital cable tv up to 123 channels are available for your enjoyment. Your beach level unit can be cooled by trade wind breezes and hunter ceiling fans by day and/or night. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedroom for nighttime use, no worries.. your bedroom air conditioner is individually controlled by you! Your covered front porch provides you with shade by day to enjoy your beverage while relaxing at your café style table and chairs. Each unit has a bbq for your use. The Sunset Beach Level #3 also offers a private garden area.

Rent the Sunset Beach Level as a 1 bedroom unit or together as 3 sepearate 1 bedroom units. If you are travelling with a group this option offers you total privacy in your own unit by day or by night. While still enjoying your family or friends when you choose.

Balcony Level – 5 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 4 twin beds or 2 king beds), 2 bathrooms. The Sunset Balcony Level can sleep up to 10 guests. The balcony level has an open concept kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 guests. Your sitting area boasts expanded digital cable3 tv up to 123 channels on your 60" flat screen tv. The Balcony unit allows couples or families to have sufficient space to enjoy each other and still find privacy. Patio slider doors allows exit from the master bedroom, den and sitting area. Your deck invites you to relax or dine using your private patio table, chairs and bbq while taking in stunning views and sunshine. At night or by day you may cool your balcony level unit with the trade winds and hunter ceiling fans. If you prefer air conditioning in your bedrooms for night time use they are also individually controlled by you.

The Beach Level Units and the Balcony Level both offer tasteful decor, towels, linens and cleaning service. You will find lots of pots, pans, dishware, serving dishes, utensils (cooking, serving and eating), tea and coffee cups, drink glasses, margarita, wine and champagne glasses! Each unit has, fridge/freezer, stove, sink, (some have dishwashers), hot and cold water dispenser (free filtered water even though we are on town water), microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, expanded digital cable tv with up to 123 channels for your flat screen tv enjoyment, dvd, cell phone (local calls are free), wireless internet (free).
